Users of the Astera app can request deletion of their account and associated personal data by contacting Astera support.
To request account deletion, email support@ycorp.cc from the email address associated with your account.

When your request is approved, we will delete or deactivate your Astera account and remove associated personal account information from active systems, where applicable.
Certain records may be retained where necessary for legal compliance, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, security, backup integrity, or legitimate business recordkeeping related to warehouse, delivery, installation, and project history.
We aim to process account deletion requests within 7-14 business days.
